If you have signed up and deleted your account we will delete your account and data once all balances are settled. In some cases technical systems do not directly allow for deletion of a single data point. In this case your data will be deleted no later than 90 days after account deletion.

If you believe that someone is processing data that belongs to you, whether you are our customer or not - and should not be processed and/or is made available through our service in any way, reach out to legal@many-dimensional.com. Should you file a data removal request, please indicate if you intend to pursue legal action and if you require us to put data on legal hold to avoid automatic deletion in accordance with this privacy policy. If you request legal hold you MUST follow up with a jurisdiction, case number, and law enforcement PoC within 30 days. If you fail to do so and fail to proactively communicate reasons as to why you cannot, we may be required to delete whatever data we may have to comply with the privacy policy stated above.
